1 & 2 June 2024A fine example of neo-Gothic architecture, rarely preserved in its original state, dating from 1852, the church of Saint-Remi in Gougnies is one of the stops on the pilgrimage dedicated to Saint Rolende, which takes place on Whit Monday. Its fine 19th-century furnishings include a superb gilded wooden altar. -
1 & 2 June 2024The original pulpit, in naturalistic style, has been on display in St Peter's Church in Leuven since the early 19th century. Would it return to its original home once more after all?
