Organ music themed "Masquerade Ball"

02 June 2024 : 16.00 - 16.45Sandra Vande der Gucht will play the historic Van Peteghem organ (1834) during this concert entitled "Masked Ball" and let us hear works by Isfrid Kayser, Jan Pieterszoon Sweelinck, Carl Philippe Emmanuel Bach, Christoph Graupner, François Couperin and Joseph Haydn, all music from the sixteenth to eighteenth centuries.
Sandra (b 1979, Ghent) obtained a master's degree in organ in 2006 from the Lemmens Institute in Leuven, and today teaches a.o. accompaniment practice and keyboard at the Royal Conservatory of Ghent.
