The interior is welcoming. Note the statues of Saint Hubert and Saint Anthony in the choir and the polychrome wooden statues at the entrance of the choir, the statue of the Sacred Heart of A. Daoust, the baptistery from the old churches, the stone of justice (also in the baptistery) as well as the large confessional at the back of the church.
The 1st pillar on the right, statue of St. Anna, made in Breton style (1976).
Saint Anna is the patroness of our church and our parish. Presented with her daughter Marie, whom she introduces to reading the Bible, she accompanies visitors to our church. Her veneration developed at Anseremme following the counter-reformation following the extension of the veneration of the Blessed Virgin, her daughter.
Made of Meuse blue limestone, they come from the old church.
Tank: cylindrical regional type (top: 0.31 m ; outside diameter: 0.85 m)
Support: large cylindrical central column (height: 0.35 m)
Base: quadrangular, old (top: 0.22 m), only Romanesque element (XII e c. ?) with ends damped by four leaves
Cover: in beaten brass (dinanderie) at Anseremme, according to the inside inscription: "ANSEREMM 1582".
In a corner of the baptistery stands a mysterious stone monument, sometimes called the ancient justice stone of Anseremme. It consists of an architectural element set atop a column shaped like an elongated vase with a central swelling. Above it rises a small blue stone hexagonal lantern, decorated on three sides with bas relief figures forming a Way of the Cross. Its value lies above all in its striking originality.
Sacred heart, in stone, by the Dinant sculptor Alexandre Daoust (+1949), creator of the famous "Assaut" of the French cemetery of the citadel of Dinant. Base in composite stone. This statue was realized in full war (1942). "Come to me, all of you who mourn and I will give you peace.
Under this statue as well as other statues (in polychrome plaster) : candlesticks (candle holders) in copper from 1698 and from the old church.
The sculpture’s body, made of polychrome wood, is fixed like a mannequin, built from wooden slats or woven willow forming a pyramid. The visible parts are wax, terracotta, or plaster. Most are displayed in churches, while some appear only in rare processions, such as in Anseremme. This one shows a crowned Virgin and Child, though the Virgin’s sceptre and the Child’s globe are now missing.
Main stone altar with a brass altarpiece depicting the Eucharist. The church window shows the Sacred Heart, framed by our patron saints: St. Anne on the left and St. Martin on the right. On the left stands a 17th century oak statue of St. Hubert; on the right, a painted oak statue of St. Anthony of Padua. At the altar pillars are 17th century statues of the Virgin on the left and St. Joseph on the right.
