Church | 1744 | Neogothic | Catholic Church
The church of St-Michel of Colmar-Berg is picturesquely situated on the hillside of Berg, right next to the castle wall that runs around the residence of the Grand Ducal family. It was built in 1744 by the aristocratic lord of the castle and is surrounded by a cemetery with numerous listed graves.
A small path leading directly from the castle to the church was used for a long time by the castle's residents to attend church services in the prince's lodge, which was added over a hundred years ago.
No registration is required for the free or guided tour of the church.
