You are always welcome to visit our church and experience the special atmosphere of the building at your leisure. At three times during the afternoon, the REMI(x) quartet will provide an atmospheric musical interlude. They will give a short but memorable vocal performance that beautifully showcases the acoustics and character of the church. The performances will take place at 2.30 p.m., 3.30 p.m. and 4.30 p.m. Let yourself be surprised by music, space and encounters — and enjoy this special afternoon at your own pace.

Description

In 1913 the temporary chapel was built on the Heilig Hartstraat. In 1916 the chapel was extended. In 1921 the construction of the present church (still without a transept) was started, which was opened in September 1922. Later, the temporary chapel was converted into classrooms. In 1936 the church was extended with a transept and a choir.
