Neo-Gothic style church built in 1852/53 on the site of a ‘Frankish’ cemetery discovered during excavations in 1831, which has preserved some fine furnishings and stencilled wall decoration. Listed since 2013. It is a stopping place during the pilgrimage dedicated to St. Roland, which takes place on Whit Monday.
Outstanding features:
- neo-Gothic high altar from the 19th century, in painted wood with gold highlights.
- pulpit of truth.
- stained glass windows by master glass artists Jean-Baptiste Capronnier and Adrien Joseph Osterrath.
Church built on the site of a Frankish cemetery, brick facade, listed since 2013, it is a stopover during the pilgrimage to Saint Rolende on Whit Monday. It has preserved beautiful 19th century furniture and stained glass windows by the master glassmakers Capronnier and Osterrath as well as a rich wall decoration made with an extremely rare stencil.
