    Apart from a free visit to the church, extra attention will be paid to the 'Path of Hope' project, which will be a link between the new AZ-Delta clinic and the church in Oekene. Near the church, in a green setting, there will be a place of reflection with a work of art. This still needs to be worked out. How we wish to involve the visitors of the Open Church Day in this project still needs to be worked...

    The exceptional heritage of Wallonia, the Saint-Jacques church will be revealed to you from its most surprising and often too little known angles, including the astonishing private collection of Bakota reliquaries from Gabon by the sculptor-bronzeur Desnouckpol, exhibited in the baptistery.
