4 & 5 June 2022IN OBERFEULEN!!!The tomb monument of Abbot Pierre Richardot (c. 1575-1628, abbot from 1607-1628) is the only surviving tomb monument of an abbot of Echternach. The monument comes from the workshop of the Trier master sculptor Severin Scholer. During the destruction of the basilica in December 1944, the tomb was badly damaged and removed from the former abbey church.
