Hastière panoramic hike-trek

Come and experience 2 days of sporting and historical adventure, including an overnight bivouac!

An exceptional walk on the heights of the Vallée Hastièroise, during which you will discover remarkable landscapes shaped by the Meuse, natural hills and historical heritage. In a bucolic setting, through forests, flower-filled meadows, farmland and rocky ridges, past castles, ruins and little-known caves, enjoy the historical commentary of Jonathan Porignaux, a passionate guide.

You'll walk along picturesque paths dotted with real-life anecdotes and legendary tales, while visiting some surprising places.  A surprise awaits you along the way! This walk is ideal for a first experience of self-guided walking.

Each participant should bring a trek bag containing food and drink, tent, sleeping bag, cooking and medical equipment, first-aid kit and personal medicines. Walking shoes and poles are essential.

A night in a bivouac is planned, in the middle of the countryside and beside the water, with the sound of birds singing and the freshness of the morning air.

All participants should ensure they are in good physical condition, as the route includes some pretty steep climbs to be braved with a well-filled rucksack over 2 days!

Looking to get away from it all and discover new things?  Want to learn about the history and heritage of our region?  Then sign up and come and enjoy an experience that combines sport with nature and heritage!
