With this theme we want to emphasize the integration into the local community and show that the church building and the ecclesial community participates in activities on the square (Cardinal Mercier Square) and vice versa. On the occasion of the Open Church Days, the Philharmonic will give 2 small concerts in the church on Friday evening. At that time there will also be activities on the square. On Saturday, between 16h and 17h, the Music Academy will give a small organ concert and will give an explanation of the organ. Our hospitality translates into a warm welcome at the door, a meditation room in the week chapel and a drinks corner in the choir. Our church has easy access for less mobile people and wheelchairs through the side door. A toilet is available. A description of remarkable objects and their location in the church is available in Dutch and French. For the children we provide a drawing corner where we will invite them to make a drawing inspired by our stained glass windows.
